Helping an established jewelry business with a new owner find its footing in a new visual direction.
Having worked with the business through a change in ownership, I had a unique perspective on both its established identity and where it was headed next. When the new owner brought in the bones of a new brand (an updated logo and color palette), I helped translate her vision across the store's many touch points. Social media, email, web, and in-store signage all played a part in carrying the business into its next chapter.
With more and more people shopping from their phones, there's a unique challenge in selling something as tactile and personal as jewelry through a few inches of screen. It became a puzzle of using the available imagery, creative, and resources to convey not just the look of a piece, but the feeling of seeing it, wearing it, and making it your own.
During my time with the team, we grew email revenue to over $2,000 per send while increasing the subscriber audience by more than 16% in less than eight months.
